Important Details
You will NOT have access to the following during the upgrade period:
- Online/mobile banking
- Shared Branching will resume operations on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 6:30 am ET
- Mobile Deposit Capture will be available via the Mobile Money/Touch Banking app effective Tuesday, July 6, 2021
- Forge will be closed July 1 and will open at 1 p.m. on July 2
- Your ATM and debit card will work during the upgrade but will have reduced spending limits
- Your account numbers will NOT change (not sure about this one)
- You MUST login to Virtual Branch before you can use Mobiliti after the upgrade
